The TRIPS Database is provided by the University for lawful purposes only that are limited to research and professional use (e.g. planning and analysis)
You must not share, sell, or republish the data you obtain from the Database (data report) without the University’s written permission.
All rights in the TRIPS Database belong to or are licensed to the University. You do not gain ownership of the data in your data report.
You must credit the TRIPS Database in any report or publication that uses the data report as follows:
Data used in this analysis were obtained from the TRIPS (Trip Rate Integrated Planning System), managed under the TRIPS Hub by the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS) at The University of Sydney. TRIPS was initially developed with funding support from the iMOVE Cooperative Research Centre, the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, and The University of Sydney.
You must keep your login details secure and do not share them. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Do not try to disrupt the system or access the Database outside your subscription.
The data in the Database comes from government and related sources. The University compiles and presents it but did not originally create all of it. The University tries to keep the data accurate and up to date, but it does not guarantee this.
The Database and data reports are provided to you "as is."
To the extent allowed by law, the University is not liable for any loss or damage from using or relying on the Database or data report, including third-party errors.
